All orders to Canada & USA are shipped from our distribution centre in Toronto, OntarioShipping takes 7-15 business days, this applies from the day your order is shipped.Orders are shipped with Ontario, Canada and then handed over to Canada Post. You can also track your order with Canada Post using the same tracking number, which can be found via the tracking link in your shipping email.We also offer express shipping with DHL, this takes 2-3 business days generally, prices for this can be found at the checkout.

Please note: As your order is dispatched from our distribution centre in the Canada, your order will more than likely attract import duties and taxes from Canadian authorities. Self Made Tanning is not liable for any import duties or taxes charged and we do not accept returns of orders due to an order qualifying for import taxes.

Self Made Tanning will only accept a return of a product if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refund will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. To return a product please contact info@selfmadetanning.com All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at info@selfmadetanning.com prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
